The ideal candidate must have experience as a Office Assistant. Job Title: Office Assistant Location: Coimbatore – R.S. Puram Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises and guest house. Handle daily office purchases and coordinate with food vendors. Support local compliance activities as required. Coordinate and make bookings for bus, train, or flight travel as needed. Assist with administrative tasks and support the team with day-to-day operations. Requirements: Must be proficient in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike. Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word is essential. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
