Department: Administration & Facilities Location: Noida Sec 63, H Block Reporting To: HR Manager Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment. The role includes housekeeping, pantry management, document handling, and general administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities 1. Housekeeping & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, restrooms, reception area). Ensure common areas are always neat, organized, and stocked. Assist with daily cleaning activities before/after office hours when required. 2. Pantry & Hospitality Services Prepare and serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff & guests. Maintain cleanliness of pantry, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Monitor stock of pantry items and report shortages. 3. Document Handling Manage inward/outward mail, parcels, and courier dispatch. Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing & binding documents. Deliver/collect documents from vendors, bank or other external offices when needed. 4. Administrative Support Assist in meeting room setup and readiness for visitors/clients. Support HR/Admin in events, office material shifting & miscellaneous tasks. Handle office errands such as bank work, stationery purchase, etc. 5. Conduct & Compliance Follow office hygiene & grooming standards. Maintain punctuality, discipline and professional behavior. Qualifications Minimum education: 10th Pass / SSLC 1–2 years of experience preferred (office support/housekeeping/F&B background is an advantage) Basic understanding of cleaning and hospitality work Polite, honest, hardworking, and able to follow instructions responsibly Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
