Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the office, including reception, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
  • Ensure office is neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Administrative Support

  • Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document arrangement.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing meeting rooms.
  • Support administrative staff in routine tasks as directed.

Office Errands

  • Deposit/collect documents, parcels, letters, and materials from banks, vendors, or clients when required.
  • Purchase small office items or consumables as directed.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Monitor and replenish pantry items, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery of consumables when needed.

Miscellaneous Support

  • Assist technical/service staff with basic tasks if required.
  • Provide general support to office staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: 10th/12th pass.
  • Prior experience as office assistant/office boy preferred.
  • Basic understanding of office operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, polite, and well-mannered.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
