Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in routine office administrative tasks and daily operations.
  • Handle filing, documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Manage inward and outward correspondence, couriers, and office supplies.
  • Support HR and Accounts teams with basic clerical work as required.
  • Coordinate with staff, visitors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline within office premises.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office logistics.
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, printing, and other office-related tasks.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
