We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at Lokmitra Ventures Private Limited, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence (emails, letters, mail), maintaining and organizing office files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office supplies and inventories, assisting with data entry and document preparation, and providing general support to the team to help ensure smooth and efficient office functioning; the ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, be proficient with basic office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), and have at least 1 year of relevant office or administrative experience.
