Job Title: Office AssistantJob Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments by managing routine office tasks, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, and assisting staff with basic administrative and logistical needs. This role is vital to keeping the office running efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings by preparing rooms, arranging equipment, and ensuring refreshments are available.
  • Support staff with internal document and file distribution.
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies as needed.
  • Run small errands outside the office (e.g., to the bank, post office, or suppliers) when required.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to office hygiene, safety, and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and printing/scanning).
  • Physically fit and capable of performing light manual tasks.
  • Punctual, honest, and dependable.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an office support, administrative, or housekeeping role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and record-keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
