Job Description

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and assist in maintaining office files and records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and documentation.
  • Support the administrative and HR teams with data entry, filing, and scheduling.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for office-related tasks.

Telecalling & Communication:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients/customers for inquiries, follow-ups, or feedback.
  • Handle inbound calls, provide information, and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a call log and update client information in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Follow up on leads, appointments, or pending documents.
  • Represent the company professionally and courteously during all telephonic conversations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
