Office Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Work with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare documents and reports.
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Maintain records, handle data entry, and manage office files.
  • Assist with smooth internal coordination and communication.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
  • Previous experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
