Office Assistant ( Female)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a female intern to join our team as an Office Assistant for political consultancy work. The role will involve supporting political research, documentation, communication, and coordination activities, with a focus on Tamil Nadu and Kongu region politics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing political data and news updates.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and correspondence related to political activities.
• Support the team in political research, constituency profiling, and public opinion studies.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, calls, and scheduling of meetings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, media representatives, and local political networks.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all political communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, or Journalism.
• Strong interest and knowledge in Tamil Nadu and Kongu region politics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet research tools.
