We are hiring for Email and Office Work

Designation - Office Assistant.

Roles & Responsibility:

Handling customer queries & complaints related to Internet Emails

Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key skills required:

Good English communications skills

Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills

Email experience in customer service from Banking, finance or insurance background

Email handling experience is mandatory

Required Candidate profile:

Education & Experience: Any Graduate with min 1 years of Experience.

Languages: English, Hindi and Marathi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
