Hiring Alert: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) (1+ Years Experience) Role: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location: Mumbai Education: Graduation Salary: 18k- 20k Key Responsibilities * Conduct Inbound and Outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the lead generation and sales. * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedbacks and queries. * Assist in On-boarding new clients and guiding the through service offerings. * Communicating courteously with customer by telephone, mails, etc. * Identifying potential customers through networking and cold calling. Required Skills: •Excellent written & verbal communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge * Lead Generation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Experience: Customer support: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Good English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
