Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Executive. The role involves welcoming customers, ensuring they are attended to by the sales team, and maintaining accurate data records. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. Collect and maintain customer data accurately. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all walk-in customers are properly attended to. Assist in driving sales and meeting individual targets. Provide information and support to customers as needed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a pleasant personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in customer service or retail is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
