We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Office Assistant for our cattle feed business in Jalandhar, Punjab.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a leading cattle feed business in Jalandhar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to the smooth running of office operations.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes. You will act as a key point of contact, coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your duties will also include organizing and maintaining office records, files, and documents, as well as assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
Additionally, you will manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are always adequate. You will also provide support to senior management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and training sessions.
