Job Description

Welcome and assist patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic. Prepare patients for examinations and assist healthcare professionals during medical procedures. Take and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Help maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and following infection control protocols. Answer patient questions and guide them through clinic procedures. Manage patient scheduling and appointments. Handle patient inquiries via phone and email. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and insurance information, in the electronic health records (EHR) system. Assist with billing, payment collection, and processing insurance forms. Order and monitor the inventory of medical and office supplies. Handle administrative correspondence and other clerical tasks
