Job Summary

We are hiring an Office Assistant / Assistant to Director to provide administrative and operational support to the Director and overall office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director with scheduling, communication, and daily tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, calls, and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents.
  • Handle office coordination, filing, and supply management.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate – specify as needed]
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Must be open to traveling for client visits and meetings.

Office Timing 9.30 to 6.30 , Sunday Holiday.
