Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Support HR and accounts teams in documentation or data entry
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and other service providers
  • Help in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
