Job Description

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The successful candidate will manage the front desk, provide essential administrative support to our team, and help create a positive and efficient work environment.

Administrative Support:

Schedule and coordinate meetings,

Daily sales details will update in Excel and report to accounts.

Call to the customer and remind there outstanding payment, and assist with data entry and filing.

Office Management: Order and manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
