Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Office Administrator cum Telecaller to efficiently manage administrative tasks and handle customer communication for our electrical contracting and electrical goods trading operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar industry, be well-organized, and capable of coordinating between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and project files.
  • Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients for material delivery and documentation.
  • Maintain records of stock, supplier details, and project-related communications.
  • Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and with clients for approvals/payments.
  • Support management in preparing reports, tenders, and official letters.
  • Ensure smooth office functioning and maintain filing systems (soft and hard copies).

Telecalling & Customer Communication:

  • Make outbound calls to clients for inquiries, order follow-ups, and service updates.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide information on products, quotations, and services.
  • Follow up with potential customers for sales leads and quotations issued.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and contractors for ongoing business activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call logs systematically.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business Administration / Electrical background preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in office administration and telecalling, preferably in electrical contracting, trading, or allied industry.
  • Good knowledge of electrical materials and project documentation is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Polite telephone manners and a customer-focused attitude.
