Job Description – Office Administrator

Position: Office Administrator
Location: SIDDIPET
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration activities
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
  • Assist in billing, quotations, and basic accounts work
  • Ensure office supplies and stationery are maintained
  • Support management with reports and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge of office procedures

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in construction / real estate office (if applicable)
  • Familiarity with GST bills, invoices, and documentation

Salary: As per industry standards
Working Hours: Full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
