Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Admin Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) to handle office communication and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle voice calls (inbound & outbound) professionally
  • Manage non-voice tasks such as emails, data entry, and reports
  • Maintain records, documents, and office files
  • Prepare and update data using MS Excel & MS Word
  • Draft emails, letters, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (English )
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
  • Comfortable with phone calls and email communication
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge
  • Organized, punctual, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
