Office Administrator (Full-Time, Work-From-Office)

Working Hours:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage general administrative works in the office, like, maintenance of visitors register, receiving visitors & customers, arranging power generator in the event of extended BESCOM power failure, ensure sufficient water level in the terrace water tank, etc.
  • Be the face of the company for the company's visitors, customers, vendors, etc.
  • Ensure that the office and terrace areas are always kept neat and clean.
  • Act the company's Authorized Signatory on select matters as authorized by the company's management via board resolution.
  • Represent the company under the guidance of the Company's legal team of Advocates in all legal matters in respective institutions/offices like police stations, courts, etc.
  • Represent the company under the guidance of the Companys Chartered Accountant & management team in all compliance matters in respective institutions/offices like GST office, Provident Fund Office, Professional tax office, Labour office, etc.
  • Act as the final point of escalation (Appellate) for customers and try the best to retain them, and if it looks futile, guide them toward the appropriate legal recourse (consumer court) in a friendly and professional manner.

Candidate must:

  • Have very good Kannada & English language fluency.
  • Be energetic, bold, and enthusiastic; must be capable to learn and adapt fast.
  • Have very good people handling, leadership and management skills.
  • Be willing to handle extra works/tasks as required or assigned by the reporting manager.
  • Be willing to travel to the Company advocates office, CA's office, courts, police station,etc.
  • Be flexible to work outside normal business hours whenever required.
