Job Title: Admin Executive / Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an active, efficient, and responsible Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office at Goregaon. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on computer knowledge, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a professional and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and visitor management efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for office requirements.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and organizing internal events.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and supplies.
  • Support HR and management with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
  • Supervise housekeeping and other administrative staff to ensure timely completion of duties.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and disciplined workplace environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply).

  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Email, Internet, Documentation).
