Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing clerical tasks, maintaining records, and supporting staff across departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail) Maintain physical and digital filing systems Order and manage office supplies and equipment Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff Ensure office cleanliness and organization Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management Handle confidential information with discretion Support departments with administrative tasks as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
