As an Administrative Assistant at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your role will involve: - Reporting to management and performing administrative duties. - Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls. - Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events. - Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail. - Copying, scanning, and filing documents. - Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements. - Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette. - Performing other administrative tasks, if required. - Verification of students' documents. - Filing applications to Universities and Colleges. - Using the platform to submit applications to multiple universities & colleges. - SOP Preparation including creative writing, proofreading, and editing with excellent English writing skills. - Directly interacting with clients to understand and highlight relevant experience and skills for the SOP and LOR. - Creating SOP and LOR with correct format and content to emphasize the candidates' skills, experience, and achievements. - Ensuring no grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, or factual errors in SOP and LOR. - Writing 3-4 Visa SOPs or 4-5 Admission Applications in a day. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1 year of total work experience, with 1 year experience in Microsoft Office. - Proficiency in Malayalam and English languages. **Additional Company Details:** - Job Type: Full-time - Benefits: Paid sick time - Work Location: In person - Ability to commute/relocate: Kollam, Kerala (Preferred) - Location: Kollam, Kerala Join our team and be a valuable part of our administrative operations.
