As a Receptionist at 3RI Technologies, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our visitors and staff. Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will be key in handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining the cleanliness of our reception area and common spaces. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls courteously, welcoming visitors warmly, and addressing any inquiries they may have. You will be tasked with keeping the reception area and common areas neat and orderly, operating standard office equipment such as copy machines and computers, and maintaining accurate records of visitor requests and incoming calls. Additionally, you will handle deliveries, sort mail, manage inventory and supplies, and upkeep the office filing system. To qualify for this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of office experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to effectively communicate in English are essential. Your adeptness at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and interpersonal skills will contribute to your success in this position. Your punctuality and strong attendance record will be valued attributes in this role. This is a full-time permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 10,000.00 to 14,000.00.
