Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Manager, located in New Delhi. The Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of the team, implementing training programs, and ensuring that performance goals are met. This role involves analyzing performance data, creating budgets, and communicating performance results and requirements to the team. The Performance Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Training practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the green or sustainable products industry is a plus
