Job Description

As a Vehicle Operations Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include coordinating with the transport personnel and drivers to ensure the timely arrival of vehicles at loading points. You will be responsible for collecting necessary documents such as LR copies from logistics and attaching them with bill copies in the sales file. Additionally, you will be required to create purchase orders and sales contracts in the CRM system, maintain TDS/TCS records, handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, and record shipment details accurately on the CRM platform. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, yearly bonus, and a fixed shift schedule. The work location for this role is on-site.
