Office Administrator

As a candidate for the Construction Office Work position in Nagpur, your key responsibilities will include: - Handling office administration tasks and day-to-day office activities. - Maintaining daily data in MS Excel and Tally software. - Managing records of company assets and site inventory. - Drafting legal documents with proficiency in English and Marathi for written and oral communication. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for: Workforce Management: - Maintaining an updated database of manpower deployment. - Managing shift rosters, leaves, and absenteeism. Site Office Management: - Ensuring smooth operations of the site office. - Managing office security, housekeeping, and logistics.
