Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth functioning of the office, and support internal departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills to maintain a professional and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Maintain employee attendance and visitor logs
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Liaise with vendors, facility management, and service providers
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records
  • Support finance/admin with petty cash management and basic documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
  • Coordinate with IT and facility teams for office infrastructure needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 34 years of proven experience in office administration (corporate setup preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
