Job Description

An Office Admin Assistant performs administrative and clerical duties, providing support by managing communication, maintaining records, scheduling, organizing office supplies, and coordinating tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly for an organization. Key responsibilities include answering phones, handling mail and email, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, managing files, and acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external clients.  Core Responsibilities: Communication & Coordination: Answer phones, manage incoming/outgoing mail and email, and serve as a point of contact for clients and staff.  Document Management: Prepare and proofread letters, reports, and other business documents, and organize and maintain both physical and virtual files.  Scheduling & Organization: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, take notes during meetings, and make travel arrangements.  Office Operations: Maintain and order office supplies, manage stock, and ensure communal areas are tidy.
