Job Description: Migration Project to move Users home drives to Microsoft OneDrive, most of the migrations is planned to be done on the clients. Some will be also executed Server Side. We are looking for a skilled supporter, who support the team and ultimately our users if they are facing any issues. We see special support skills needed as described below.
Certification : Nice to have - MS-O365 certification (includes SharePoint, Azure etc..)
Required skills:
Windows 10 Offline sync center support & troubleshooting skills
File share support skills
OneDrive support skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Skills in O365 Migration Manager & SharePoint Migration Tool
Nice to have technical skills :
PowerShell scripting
Knowledge in PostgreSQL
ServiceNow Ticket management
