Job Description

As a Wireless Sensor Offer Manager, your role involves positioning the company to integrate long-range wireless sensors for brown field applications in living spaces and plant rooms, in response to the growing demand for smarter buildings. You will have the opportunity to address customer pain points by offering on-premise and cloud-connected solutions that seamlessly integrate with leading Building Management systems like EBO. Your responsibilities will include developing, repositioning, and withdrawing existing offers to align with market conditions. You will oversee the wireless strategy across multiple sensor families, from defining and developing products to collaborating with engineering teams to ensure market-driven sensor designs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in the wireless sensor market. - Define a product vision and roadmap based on market insights, company goals, and customer feedback. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design wireless sensors that meet customer needs and prioritize feature development. - Manage the product development process, from prototyping to quality assurance. - Stay informed about wireless sensor technologies and industry standards to maintain product competitiveness. - Develop launch strategies, marketing materials, and pricing models for product promotion. - Monitor customer feedback and usage data to improve product features and address concerns. - Communicate product progress to key stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around product goals.
