This will be on third party role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Insights & Analytics
    • Lead WD monthly, quarterly, and YTD data analysis by integrating Power BI, WD Dashboard, and business reports.
    • Map performances across products, territories, and regions for strategic decision-making.
  2. Branding & Marketing Enablement
    • Drive retail branding initiatives (displays, product visuals, sample allocation) in coordination with marketing teams.
    • Execute project branding: artwork execution, display kits, and cross-functional alignment to ensure brand visibility across touchpoints.
  3. Pricing & Market Strategy
    • Support pricing strategy development through competitive analysis, market BOQs, MRP positioning, and validation of updated price lists.
  4. Master Data & Product Lifecycle Management
    • Manage master data creation: initiate PCRs, coordinate cross-functionally (LOB, Finance, Logistics) for PO enablement.
    • Recommend and execute code block/unblock actions in alignment with product performance and global status.
  5. Sales & Customer Care Enablement
    • Resolve technical queries, prepare customer-facing documentation, and deliver training modules for sales teams.
    • Develop battlecards, voice-over training modules, and product knowledge content to enhance sales readiness.
  6. Event & Market Engagement
    • Organize product displays & planograms for trade shows, sales conferences, and training events (Elec Rama, Buildcon, Distributor Meets, etc.).
    • Conduct market visits, VOCs, and field trials with architects & builders to provide actionable feedback for business alignment.
  7. Digital & E-Shop Enablement
    • Support digital product launches by managing content/data bundles and enabling e-commerce readiness on platforms like Easy Home.
    • Contribute to enrichment & customization projects by providing research, business case development, and pricing support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Power BI, Excel, Dashboard Reporting)
  • Project management and event execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail branding, B2B project marketing, and sales enablement
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
