Responsibilities:

Train students in all modules of the OET syllabus.

Conduct regular practice sessions and assessments.

Clarify students’ doubts and provide academic support.

Prepare students with a complete overview of the OET exam structure and requirements.

Maintain and update student progress using Google Sheets.

Coordinate with OET tutors to align teaching strategies and schedules.

Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Lead strategic initiatives to improve departmental performance and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience as an OET tutor with in-depth knowledge of all OET subtests.

Familiarity with the healthcare sector and medical terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, adaptability, and the ability to meet individual student needs.

Strong organizational skills for managing lesson plans, reports, and assessments.
