As a member of CR Consultancy Service (CRCS), you will play a crucial role in the education sector, specifically focusing on training students for the Occupational English Test (OET). Your responsibilities will include training students on all modules of the OET syllabus, conducting regular practice sessions and assessments, addressing students" doubts, and offering academic support. You will be responsible for equipping students with a thorough understanding of the OET exam structure and requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking and updating student progress using Google Sheets, collaborating with OET tutors to synchronize teaching methodologies and timetables, fostering team communication, and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as an OET tutor with comprehensive knowledge of all OET subtests is essential. Familiarity with the healthcare sector and medical terminologies is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with attributes such as patience, adaptability, and the ability to cater to individual student requirements. Effective organizational skills are necessary for managing lesson plans, reports, and assessments.
