As a member of CR Consultancy Service (CRCS), you will play a crucial role in the education sector, specifically focusing on training students for the Occupational English Test (OET). In collaboration with Mentor Merlin, CRCS provides top-notch training programs for IELTS and CBT preparation, aimed at boosting candidates" confidence and readiness. Your responsibilities will include training students on all modules of the OET syllabus, conducting regular practice sessions and assessments, addressing students" doubts, and offering academic support. You will be responsible for equipping students with a thorough understanding of the OET exam structure and requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking and updating student progress using Google Sheets, collaborating with OET tutors to synchronize teaching methodologies and timetables, fostering team communication, and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance departmental performance and student outcomes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
