Company Profile: Our client’s company is engaged in Wholesale Distributor an excellent quality range of Shell Grease, Hydraulic Fluid, etc. They are a Sole Proprietorship firm and they source products from the reliable market vendors, which can be availed from them at reasonable prices. Job profile: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM clients across India. Identify new business opportunities and expand the OEM customer base. Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and performance goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective business strategies and campaigns tailored to OEM clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic planning. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential partners. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company goals and client expectations. Desired Candidates: Any graduate with 5-6 years of experience in sales & business development inengineering industry, with a focus on OEM sales.
