Job profile: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM clients across India. Identify new business opportunities and expand the OEM customer base. Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and performance goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective business strategies and campaigns tailored to OEM clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic planning. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential partners. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company goals and client expectations. Desired Candidates: Any graduate with 5-6 years of experience in sales & business development inengineering industry, with a focus on OEM sales.
