Job Role - OEM - Project Manager

Experience - 7+ years

Qualification - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related Field

Location - Ahmedabad

Salary - Best in Market ( Depends after Interview )

Responsibilities & Skills :

• At least 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development in the engineering
• industry, with a focus on OEM sales
•  Experience in managing and supervising teams
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the
• organization's objectives
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work independently and within a team environment
•  Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
•  Knowledge of the lubricant industry and OEM customer requirements
•  Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
