You will be a valuable member of our team as a Product Support Engineer, responsible for providing efficient after-sales service support for our electronics products across India. Your role will involve addressing customer complaints, conducting troubleshooting, performing installations and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner, offering support for installation, troubleshooting, and repair of alternators, DC motors, controllers, and related components. You will also be involved in suggesting improvements for power electronic components and control systems, building a network of service dealers and partners, conducting training sessions for dealers and internal teams, and maintaining service records and documentation.
