Position: Customer Support (Engineer, Senior Engineer)

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, Diploma

Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh

Job Type: Permanent

Good Communication skills (English & Tamil & Hindi (added advantage))

Knowledge on Injection molding process

Handling OEM Customers like Honda / MSIL / Mahindra & Mahindra / Toyota / Renault Nissan / Tata and Tier1 customers.
Customer Handling to keep good relationship and 8D analysis capability.
To Implement IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 Standard requirements
Lead the Customer audit.
Customer Specific requirements handling and Implementation.
Root cause analysis should be done for repeated & major issues at Inhouse & Customer place & Visit customer place and explain the CAPA.
Conduct weekly meeting with production team to discuss about any abnormal issues.
Training programs to be conduct for improve inspection skills.
Prepare PPAP & submit to customer approval.
Co-ordinate with NPD for new parts development.
