Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Odoo Functional Consultant – Intern to join our ERP team for a 3-month internship program. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or final-year students with a background in Java, Python, or HTML, who are eager to launch their careers in ERP consulting and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end functional implementation of Odoo modules based on client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into system configurations within the Odoo ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal development teams to ensure functional requirements are clearly communicated.
• Conduct functional testing, prepare user manuals, and support client training sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic functional issues, escalating complex problems to senior consultants.
• Maintain documentation of functional workflows and client customizations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Engineering – preferably Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or HTML is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in business processes and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for immediate joining and based in Kolkata (or willing to relocate).

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: On-site (Kolkata office)
• Stipend: As per company standards
• Future Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the internship.
