Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo development, with expertise in technical skills, business knowledge, and personal competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop custom Odoo modules and applications

- Analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo features

- Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards

- Integrate Odoo with external systems, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms

- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize database queries

- Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Technical Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS

- Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, REST API/XML-RPC

- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server administration and Odoo deployment

- Familiarity with Git and version control

Functional & Domain Knowledge:

- Understanding of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing)

- Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo features

- Experience in customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards

Soft Skills:

- Problem-solving and debugging ability

- Strong analytical and logical thinking

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

- Strong documentation practices

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Certifications in Odoo (optional but valuable)

- Practical experience (2 years) with Odoo development

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React)

- Experience with Odoo.sh

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Contributions to Odoo Community (OCA)
