Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements using Python and Odoo framework.
• Modify and extend Odoo views (forms, lists, kanban, dashboards, etc.) using XML to deliver optimized user experiences.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party applications via REST APIs or custom connectors.
• Implement custom business workflows, automate processes, and enhance core Odoo functionalities.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance across Odoo modules and database queries.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with proper documentation and version control practices.
• Work closely with functional consultants, UI/UX teams (for HTML/CSS), and business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide ongoing technical support.

• B. Tech / B.E
• 3-5 Years

Required skills

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Odoo environment setup, development, and customization.
• Proficiency in Python for back-end development and business logic implementation.
• Expertise in XML for customizing Odoo views (forms, lists, kanban, dashboards, etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript for client-side scripting and dynamic interactions.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for UI alignment (with collaboration from UI team).
• Experience in Odoo module development, workflow customization, and automation.
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and third-party system connectivity in Odoo.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization for Odoo.
• Familiarity with Git/version control tools for collaborative development.
• Understanding of Odoo deployment, upgrade, and performance tuning best practices.
