• Job Summary:

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong understanding of marketing principles, and possess the ability to create compelling visual content that supports our marketing initiatives and enhances our brand presence.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation

  : Design high-quality graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, infographics, presentations, and website content.

• Brand Consistency

  : Maintain and enforce the company's visual brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.

• Campaign Support

  : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other promotional activities.

• Infographic Design

  : Translate complex GIS data and information into clear, engaging infographics and visualizations that communicate key messages effectively.

• Digital and Print Design

  : Produce designs for both digital platforms (e.g., social media, email newsletters, web graphics) and print materials (e.g., banners, posters, trade show displays).

• Creative Direction

  : Provide creative input and direction for marketing projects, ensuring visual alignment with marketing strategies and goals.

• Market Research

  : Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and marketing effectiveness.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.

• Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with GIS concepts and tools is advantageous but not required.

• Creative Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour and layout.
• Ability to create engaging and effective visual content.

• Communication Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.

• Organizational Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Team Player: Collaborative mind-set with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
