Odoo Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic development team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo-based solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to build high-quality, scalable, and efficient Odoo applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Odoo Development: Customize and configure Odoo modules according to the needs of the business.
• Module Development: Develop new Odoo modules from scratch, ensuring that they align with business requirements.
• System Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and external services.
• Odoo Customization: Customize existing Odoo modules and features to improve business processes.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support, bug fixes, and performance improvements for Odoo-based applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for customizations, configurations, and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Odoo Upgrades: Assist in the upgrade of Odoo versions and ensure smooth migration of data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Odoo development and implementation (Odoo 12/13/14/15).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo's ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) framework.
• Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks.
• Expertise in Odoo Studio and understanding of Odoo's web framework (XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Experience with PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems for deployment and management.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
