Odia Language Trainer

You will be responsible for conducting induction, voice, and process training for new joiners. Additionally, you will design and deliver sales and soft skills training modules. You will be required to identify training needs through Training Need Identification & Analysis (TNI & TNA) and maintain training Management Information System (MIS) and performance reports. Conducting refresher training for existing staff to enhance quality and productivity will also be a part of your role. In your capacity, you will need to coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure the effectiveness of the training provided. Monitoring trainee performance and offering constructive feedback for improvement will be crucial. Moreover, you will be expected to create training content, quizzes, and assessments for knowledge checks to facilitate learning.
