OCM (Change Consultant)

Role Overview: You will lead the change management strategy and execution for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation program. Your responsibilities will include developing and owning the OCM roadmap, conducting change impact assessments, defining stakeholder management and communication strategy, overseeing the train the trainer approach, and partnering with PMO delivery head and business leads. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own OCM roadmap covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plan. - Conduct change impact assessments to identify people, process, and technology impacts across business units and geography. - Define and execute stakeholder management and communication strategy to ensure alignment and buy-in at all levels. - Design and oversee the train the trainer approach ensuring knowledge transfer and capability across customer teams. - Partner with PMO delivery head and business leads to embed change readiness activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP environments. - Prior experience in change management OCM roles in a larger scale IT transformation program. - Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably S4HANA Greenfield projects. - Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology; certification is highly desirable.,
