Job summary This Cloud Admin role will support OCI cloud systems and services. This role will interact with the Developers and Functional teams and available on daily standup calls. The Cloud Admin will be responsible to carry out PaaS objects deployments, PaaS security and other day-to-day Admin tasks in the cloud systems. Essential Functions:Participating in environments planning activities to align with the priorities and ensure Infrastructure Services deliverables are delivered within the specific time. Collaborate with various groups to understand testing, life-cycle and infrastructure requirements of large scale Corporate Services and ERP systems implementation and support programs. Support IaaS and PaaS servers within non-production and production environments within Azure, Oracle Cloud and other Cloud environments in support of Product/Project programs. Coordinate and work with other team members to maintain the metrics to best support Production and non-production operations through the application of infrastructure release upgrades and patches. Assist in root cause analysis on service problems and failures. Respond to problem tickets; identify problems, communicate status to vendors, team members, implement and document resolutions. Participate in the continuous improvement of standards and delivery processes for Application Management area. Develop necessary documentation and diagrams to support implementation of new/changed application environments and configurations. Participate in on-call support. Min Experience 6+ years of Cloud Admin including support experience Experience with, Oracle Cloud Fusion, MS Azure. Experience is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience with Oracle Cloud Security. Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database. Skills Experience with DEVOPs (GitHub Actions) Experience in infrastructure technologies including RHEL, Windows, and other application services and integration platforms. Good understanding in the use of monitoring cloud applications, and network infrastructures. Superior written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
