As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve actively supporting the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. This includes exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through research, building POCs, creating requirement specifications, defining processes, and detailed functional designs. Additionally, you will configure solution requirements, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives. Your contributions will extend to unit level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Actively support the consulting team in various project phases - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research - Build POCs and create requirement specifications - Define processes and detailed functional designs - Configure solution requirements and diagnose issues - Identify and shortlist solution alternatives - Contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives Qualification Required: - Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in OCI - Understanding of business requirements and mapping them to proposed solutions - Experience in assessing client's Oracle workloads and technology landscape for OCI suitability - Implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud solutions - Onsite-Offshore communication and work management - Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration ability - Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Industry domain knowledge If you believe you align with our values and are eager to contribute to our clients" digital transformation journey, we welcome you to join our team.,
