Position Overview: MPower is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates to apply.

Educational Qualification:

Masters in Occupational Therapy (MOTh) completed

Freshers (MOth) and final-year students (MOTh) awaiting results are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

0 to 7 years and above.

Salary:

As per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

2. Implement programs that help clients develop or regain physical or mental functioning through various activities and skills training.

3. Evaluate therapy results, observe client progress, and recommend necessary adjustments.

4. Participate in discharge planning with the clinical team.

5. Design and instruct families and caregivers on home exercise programs and recommend assistive equipment.

6. Document client care services accurately in records such as CRM and client files.

7. Educate client families on care techniques and arrange support.

8. Undertake general administrative tasks, including report writing and record maintenance.

9. Engage in multi-disciplinary case discussions and document outcomes.

10. Stay updated with developments in occupational therapy and introduce new methodologies.

11. Strive for continuous improvement to ensure the center remains “best in class.”

12. Participate in outreach activities, including workshops and community engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹460,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
